A role created in order to develop and grow the Travelers Multinational offering; focusing on end to end process, procedures, efficiencies, and transparency, with the goal of taking the many different complexities of a global insurance program (e.g. multiple and disparate workflows, many different issuing companies in many different countries, each with unique requirements, tax and other booking and issuance-related obstacles) and simplifying the experience for the customer. Started as the only Operations resource on the team; the role evolved into an Operations “Project Leader” with oversight responsibilities for a team of four.
