As a nonprofit capacity builder focused on collaborating with safety net organizations and empowering healthy communities, I help nonprofits increase their impact by executing strategic communications, infusing creativity into branding, and advising on development efforts. My role as the Chief Creative Officer for Moonsail North allows me to assist clients in focusing their talents and resources — and become a champion for their great work. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with compassionate and visionary colleagues at nonprofits in both Northern and Southern California providing health and human services, leadership development, and policy advocacy. I have a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley, and I’ve taught a master’s level online course through the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.Community involvement deepens my roots in my community, and I currently serve on the advisory board of API Forward Movement (formerly APIOPA), a nonprofit working to build healthy communities in the greater Los Angeles Area. I also loved my experience serving as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County where I helped my little sister discover new activities and foods for three years before she graduated high school. I refuel and find inspiration through food, travels, and laughter. A true foodie, I’m always on the prowl for the next tasty bite to eat or to cook. I've checked off many beautiful places on my travel bucket list, and I’ve left my heart in over half a dozen countries and counting. I’m a true believer in the philosophy that “a day without laughter is wasted,” and like to inject humor wherever I can to make everyone’s day a little bit brighter. Let's connect and I can help you #StartYourStory
