Seema Dwarakish is a Vice President, Head of Product and Engineering, Casino Management at Las Vegas Sands Corp.. Amongst the successes Seema achieved during our time together were: • Envisioning and leading creation and migration of our largest airline clients to Sabre Sonic Inventory – an extremely complex and high scale modern replacement for our mission critical legacy (airline) inventory • Leading the Shopping Stability program – a 57 epic year-plus effort to address a stability crisis impacting the entire business and launching its move to the cloud • Taking over the Airline Solutions development teams to correct systemic organizational, operational, technology, and delivery issues • Taking over a struggling Radixx product and development team to instill technology, organizational and operational changes resulting in their first on time, on scope releases for that product. Seema has progressed to the highest levels of the product development organization, has been asked to step in to lead a wide variety of teams, systems and product areas, and has been repeatedly sought out to step into our most difficult challenges. She is extraordinarily committed and hardworking, pragmatic and no-nonsense, exhibits outstanding initiative, and is able to deal with technology, process or organization issues from a high level to extreme detail when needed.
