-Supported recruiting efforts for multiple departments of Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control division.-Collaborated with Hiring Managers to create new requirements and value propositions for requirements and key programs.-Utilized 3rd party recruiting resources such as LinkedIn, SeekOut and online job boards to identify, source and attract potential candidates.-Sourced and screened candidates for current job openings by ensuring their experience meets the specific qualifications of the hiring manager and business unit.-Created and negotiated compensation packages.-Participated in off-site hiring events for Engineering & Technology hiring initiatives.
