Readiness Manager for the Left Behind Equipment Program (LBE) Schofield Barracks Hawaii.Subject matter expert (SME) maintenance operations, supervise daily operations of the readiness section. Reporting of the SAMS Readiness using reports generated from the 5 SAMS Systems. Scheduling ninety-day services, dispatching, pickup and delivery to of equipment to the Source of Repair (SOR) for 4000 plus pieces of equipment. Overhauled the Readiness Section and improved the efficiency of the section form 11to 12 PMCS’s to over 20 PMCS’s. Revamped SAMS Section acquisitioning data from the SAMS database. Established policies and procedures brought the Responsible for the Drivers Training Program, Hazardous Waste Program, and Warranty Coordinator Program. Ensure all Safety of Use Messages, Maintenance Advisory Messages, and Modification Work Orders are completed for equipment in the LBE Program. Established a program for the reissue of equipment to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team and 25th Combat Aviation Units.
