• Managing IT hardware inventory concerning the tasks assigned from Supervisor.• Analyzing the contracts, their renewals, and payment schedules to the assets and updating in database.• Adding, updating and creating the assets as per the tasks that are given.• Handling the tasks and completing them as per the SLA provided by client.• Handling IT Asset Inventory and updating the results in BOSALM database.• Create and checking the Purchase Orders that are related to the Assets.• Receive/ verify vendor shipments.  Allocating and releasing the assets like desktop, laptop, VoIP, servers etc. Maintaining the records of the assets in the location. Resolving the issues raised in the helpline ticket with in SLA. Configuring the IT assets before allocation. Sanitizing the IT assets after releases. Processing the buyback laptops by sanitizing and installing it with base operating system. Preparing and sharing the weekly &monthly performance report. Maintaining the all inventory in stores. Knowledge in SAP, generating invoices and DC. Responsible for audit counts. Organizing and maintaining warehouse and stores for efficient material storage. Monitoring availability of spare parts of printer. Interacting with internal and external service providers for repairing materials. Assisting in prevention of materials to Loss prevention department.
