- Sales Enablement – Responsible for designing and implementing an internally-developed sales enablement platform, currently being consumed by 40,000 sellers and partners.- People Management - Managing a 7-member team responsible for publishing around 1500 sales enablement content pieces monthly.- Request Management & Operations – Liaising with core Product Marketing teams to build a Request/Content Management System, handling around 10000 requests annually.- Project Management – Migrating content for more than 15 business units via effective curation of around 200 content pieces per business unit.- Product Management – Continuously improving the sales enablement platform in collaboration with the product development team.

- Content Syndication & Distribution – Managing content of 3 "go to" internal product marketing content websites utilized by 50,000 employees.- Content Consultation – Consulting product marketing groups for structuring and streamlining content.- Quality & Documentation – Supervising websites to check for content relevance and accuracy. Improving internal and external processes through documentation, training, maintenance and support.- Recruitment & Training – Screening & hiring 17 members to grow the team. Involved in their continuous training and development.

- Marcom – Developing marketing copy, images, videos, emails and other collateral.- Campaigns – Creating integrated, multi-channel promotional and branding campaigns for increased visibility- Social Media Marketing - Creating content & managing campaigns across social media platforms and third-party blogs.- Content Management - Developing and managing content on company's different websites with proper quality check, content rationalization, etc.- Corporate Communication & PR - Creating marketing materials for client meetings, CEO appearances etc. Managing effective relations with various media agencies for press events and media coverage.

- Lecturer for all the batches (1st-4th year) of the Medical Lab Technology, Nursing, and Ophthalmology courses.- Developing semester outlines and instructional plans for each class session to comply with stated course objectives.- Using a variety of learning modalities and support materials to facilitate learning process and student-centric learning.
