¶ Total 20  years of experience in plastic injection moulding operations. ¶ Currently associated with FIEM INDUSTRIES LTD   as GENERAL MANAGER MANUFACTURING, heading whole Head lamp manufacturing factory ¶ Holding a Bachelor degree of B-Tech production technology from Madras institute of technology. ¶ Six Sigma green belt certified from MSME central government of India.and CERTIFIED LEAN MANUFACTURING MANAGER from PBGI accredited by ASCB(E). ¶ Hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing implementation. ¶ My key deliverables are  - OEE imlrovement, scrap% reduction , cost reduction through improvement projects. ¶ 10 year of experience in automotive lighting industry - sufficient knowledge in TS16949 , handled OEM's like HYUNDAI MOTORS,GENERAL MOTORS,RENAULT NISSAN, FORD,MAHINDRA , VOLVO,VOLKSWAGEN,TATA etc¶ exposure of molding machine installation and commissioning. ¶ independently handled projects like new mold readiness for NOKIA mobile phone plastic parts molds . ¶ highly interested in Lean manufacturing concept like SMED, takt time, single piece flow, PDCA, 8D problem solving,pull systems, KANBAN, POKA YOKE,load levelling etc . ¶ practical knowledge in VALUE STREAM MAPPING. ¶ proficient knowledge in MS OFFICE, MSProjects , AUTOCAD, CATEA, VISEO MINITAB etc .
