I am responsible to Lead new product development (smart phone), Concepting Proto(NPI)Build, Technology & Product transfer, New Technology /Product Transfer, FM, Engineering Program Management, Product & Process engineering, Factory Operations, Product Quality and Reliability, Change management, Manufacturing Testing, Cost Management, Product launch & ramp up, On time delivery.

- Early factory involvement to R&D from product Concept, Development and Verification.- Lead the new product development builds (NPI) from “Phase 0” to “Product Launch”.- Lead New Product & Technology transfer from R & D to manufacturing.- Lead Program management, Project milestone and Product life cycle management.- Lead project investment budget estimation, proposal, approval and manage cost. - Lead Product & Process Engineering, Manufacturing Testing, Reliability testing, Product & Material Quality.- Evaluate possible product & manufacturing cost reduction and reliability improvements.- Return of investment (ROI), Make Vs Buy and risk analysis, budget approval for new product readiness.- Lead verification & reliability of RF, FM, Bluetooth, GPS, EMI/EMC, PET, Display, Camera, Chip set, Software’s.- Coordinatinate global teams R&D,Product Program, Factory, EMS, SW, Supplier, Sourcing, Sales, Legal, Care centers.- Lead Product launch readiness for Investment, Capacity, layout, BOM, SW, Material, Testers, HWs, Production line, Training, Documents, approvals, Certifications, On time launch.- Verification & Validation of End to End manufacturing process.- New product ramp and achieve committed volume delivery with Quality, Yield, Product Cost.- Monitor field failures & outgoing quality failures in factory and lead corrective and preventive actions.

• New product reliability Testing, Validation, Approval & Failure analysis.• RF, Base band and functional testing in mobile manufacturing.• Develop & validate the 100 % functional test coverage in NPI. • Design support for Jigs, Fixtures and test adapters in manufacturing.• Reduce the Manufacturing Failure Rate, Cost, Scrap in manufacturing.• Installation, RF Calibration, Maintenance and Verification of Auto test equipment’s.• Root cause analysis for HW and SW issues in Auto Test Equipment’s.• Verification and Validation of products and analyzing the test results and failures.• DFT supporting to test R & D team and evaluate the new test SW / Equipment’s HW.• Supporting for new technology evaluation and deployment in functional testers.• Reduce the tester ghost failures, Equipment down time in NPI & Ramp up.• Responsible for mobile SW Flashing, Base band and RF tuning through auto test equipment in mobile manufacturing.• Mobile Reliability testing, failure analyse and solutions. • Debugging and developing complex test software for Production Test system.
