Growing up a kid almost completely deaf, I suffered from self esteem and only found courage in the kitchen, my story of choosing to be a chef is a transition of time, I learnt to give my nose the most attention, I perceive gas at the lowest spill but I couldn’t perceive letters too lol.... Now, writing a book “ the kitchen knowledge“ this book talks about intuition as the rightful source of culinary knowledge. I’m single mother of one beautiful daughter, a dog lover, feminist and a supporter of the 🏳️‍🌈 community. Over the years, I believe in history as the carving substance of my life and I embrace every situation as a realist.
