About Serena Rappa

I am often asked how I have been able to stay at Paychex for over 20 years. It comes down to two simple reasons: my opportunity for growth and Paychex’s continued relevance in the market. Since joining Paychex I have had multiple roles in multiple sales divisions. I have had the opportunity to work for leaders that foster an environment of learning that allowed me to develop as an individual contributor and as a sales leader. That along with participating in training sessions with our Leadership & Development teams, I continue to be inspired to learn and grow to be better everyday. As for being relevant in the market, the pandemic truly demonstrated how relevant Paychex really is. There are products and services that we now offer that are a direct result of the shift in the work environment and in new legislation that has been passed in the last two years. Paychex has the people, technology, and money to continue to support businesses based upon the everchanging environment in which we now work.I am grateful for the opportunities I have had at Paychex and for the financial security I have been able to create for my family.
