• Supervise and train employees, supporting them by sharing best practices to develop staff. • Motivate and mentor employees by offering training on sales techniques, product knowledge, regulations and compliance. • Assume management responsibilities for the platform and/or teller area in the absence of the Branch Manager. • Open and close branch in absence of manager. • Responsible for running branch sales and operational meetings in absence of management. • Balance branch cash vault and assist with ordering and/or shipping of cash. • Analyze branch needs and assist in operations to provide suggestions for enhancements. • Help establish, communicate and achieve the credit union’s goals and standards. • Partner with local businesses and communities to establish them as a Select Employer Group, offering credit union membership and savings opportunities. • Utilize tracking tools, tele-consulting and follow up to maximize sales opportunities. • Creatively assist members by helping them save money, make money, save time and add convenience by offering products and services that match members’ individual needs. • Maintain great member relations by offering exemplary member service.
