In the first part of this role, I focused mostly on Chilicorn Fund, Futurice's pro-bono program. Together with the program lead Teemu Turunen, a fluid core group of contributors and lots of support from the whole organisation, we designed and put together the program, organised the projects' selection process, staffed and managed the selected projects and client relationships, managed and executed communication, ran student course collaborations and managed student teams helping on some of the projects.The Chilicorn Fund outcomes can be found here:https://spiceprogram.org/chilicorn-fund/In the second stage of this role, my focus was on increasing Futurice's societal and environmental overall impact, beyond pro-bono work. Together with Hanno Nevanlinna and the whole organisation, we focused on focused on answering questions such as:- how can we make our client projects' impacts tangible and understood?- how can we maximise the positive impact for projects we are already doing?- what are the projects we have that we are the most proud to work on?- how can we find the client projects with the highest potential for positive impact?

Usability advice for the website of the organization (peoi.org)

I worked in the Internet Consumer Services team, on a location-related social service prototype. I was in charge with developing the web user interface for the service and also contributed to designing and improving its usability.I was also in a team that researched Nokia's opportunities in the "Green" area. My main contributions were organizing and formatting our findings in a way that was easy to understand and use to make informed decisions by our stakeholders, and also researching one of the interest areas myself.A Green Team was formed in NRC as a result of this project.

Worked on the design and development of the user interaction and interface for internal software for the company. Created course materials for Visual Studio Team System. Gave presentations and held a course on it. Also studied and worked with methodologies: MS Agile, Scrum, CMMI.

Worked as a contract web developer on a web application that was being developped by the company.

In charge of branding, graphic design, web design, interaction design and user interface design for the company. Designed company brand, created presentation websites and designed the interaction and the UI for a software product developped by the company.
