During my internship at Healthy Communities Institute, I have had the opportunity to work with the Community Health Supervisor to collect data of annual expenses to develop a strategy towards cost reporting throughout the fiscal year. Through the gathering of data, I learned how to use data entry programs such as CBISA (Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability). When utilizing CBISA, I also measured community benefit reporting through statistical and narrative information. With data entry and analysis skills, I have also contributed towards the expansion of community needs through health education with the help of peers to complete collaborative projects related to community outreach.
