RELEASE MANAGEMENT• Responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of release managementprocedures and standards for the organization which includes the design and development of builds,scripts, installation procedures, and systems including source code control (GIT) and issue tracking(JIRA).• Apply established metrics to determine the readiness, quality, and operability of software, systems, andproducts due for release to clients and/or within the organization.• Management of QA, Beta, Demo, and UAT environments; releases product versions to environmentsbased on business needs.• Familiar with best practices and procedures in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.• Works in an Agile/Scrum environment (2 week sprints).QUALITY ASSURRANCE SUPERVISOR• Works closely with/guides/leads a quality assurance team to ensure that software qualitymeasures comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices.• Coordinate testing of new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functionalrequirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.• Develop and write test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems.• Supervise, train, coach and mentor all members of the quality assurance team, and ensure thatdeadlines are met.• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices to organizationAUTOMATION ENGINEER• Manages and develops automation solutions to improve regression coverage and validation of new product development. • Manages and develops scripts to ensure stability, reliability, and responsiveness of new product development and environmental changes under specific workloads. • Monitors third party security scanning reports and periodically runs internal security scans to identify potential threats.
