(NYSE: V) is the world’s leader in digital payments.- Worked as Scrum Master and a full-stack developer on a team of six to successfully develop a two-week hackathon product which was presented to Visa business leaders. The project leveraged several Visa RESTful APIs, used a Python backend with Flask and Firebase, and a React Bootstrap front-end.- Collaborated with another team of six to create a white paper detailing our research on the business value of a potential payment’s solution.- Received various online technical trainings over technologies including Python and Kubernetes.- Participated in several online soft-skills trainings over giving effective presentations, effective communicating, and various aspects of leadership.

Voyant, a global software company that develops collaborative financial planning and wealth management software for Advisers and their clients.- Worked with client teams to create a data adapter which applied business rules in Java to represent financial data differently to each client corporation based on preferred planning rules.- Updated a pre-existing Spring Rest and OAuth adapter to convert a variety of user input file formats to a proprietary format used by Voyant’s back-end system.- Created a full-stack application with Java and Bootstrap CSS/HTML allowing the transfer of non-portable data from files exported from outside databases to Voyant’s internal SQL database, saving many hours of work by HR employees each time a client wished to import large amounts of data.- Worked with clients and a team of designers to create a front-end web application using JavaScript with Ember framework, Bootstrap CSS and HTML. This web-app is currently in use by clients.- Gave technical code reviews and participated in daily stand-ups as a part of an Agile/Scrum work environment.- Participated in a Test-Driven Development environment.
