- Created from the ground up the general and commercial contract policies and procedures for the start-up organization. Personally negotiated and maintained the general and commercial terms of one hundred thirty two petrochemical & refining client contracts for the organization along with the five Canadian subsidiary organization agreements. Secured and maintained all contractor licensing required for the seventeen states services were executed in. Reviewed all client issued purchase orders for contract compliance and accuracy. Oversaw one hundred thirty subcontracts creation and the compliance with all prime contract agreements. Reviewed and confirmed lien releases as required for client billing. Completed all qualifying and requested information paperwork required for new and existing clients.

Oversee creating new time & material rates for prospective & existing clients. Act as a liaison between company divisions and potential/existing clients. Provide compensation interpretations and facilitate the audit process for the organization. -Negotiate commercial terms and conditions in independent contracts and for strategic client's master service agreements. -Analyze past project and market conditions to forecast base wages and markups for labor and equipment. -Serve as primary contact & responsible for leading all external client audits.

Led a team of planners and schedulers in developing and implementing a sixty-five-million-dollar turnaround, creating thirteen hundred job packages. Coordinated the JV portion of the turnaround schedule and maintained the budget / forecast in real time. Ensured that all change orders were approved to ensure payment and loaded in schedule for prompt execution.

Defined initial project scope and estimates for plant projects required to achieve generation and financial targets of Owner-Clients NRG, CPS, & Austin Energy.-Tracked projects from initial scope to completion to ensure project is properly funded.-Created cash flows for estimated projects for the long-range plant investment plan.-Assigned to the Personal Safety Department as a night Field Safety Coordinator during plant refueling outages to ensure site wide safety compliance.
