I enjoy leading engineering teams and working along side engineers to solve complex problems. I have been in engineering leadership for more than fifteen years now but I still enjoy designing software and building products. My career began working for large companies in engineering and leadership roles. In these roles I learned the value of structure and process. I have also had the opportunity to spend the past eight years in a startup culture where I have learned the importance of being flexible and fast. Creating products and services and solving hard problems is what keeps me interested in my job and brings me the most satisfaction.
