Responsible for the marketing of more than 40 retail properties/sites for development in Ohio with a total GLA of more than 4,000,000 sq. ft.Also, responsible for securing new tenant representation business and the associated site selection process that follows. This process includes, but is not limited to the following activities: - detailed demographic analysis in an effort to identify the best option(s) for our client - market touring to educate the client about the entire area under consideration - lease negotiation in an effort to secure the best possible lease terms for our client - tenant coordination in an effort to streamline the construction process
