I love life. I enjoy work because of the people around me, friendships made, challenges overcame, and seeing continuous improvement lighten our burdens and increase our output.I've enjoyed two careers; one I was born into and the other I sought out. Custom tile installation is our family trade, in which I find much joy. Later in life I found the challenges and teamwork in manufacturing very fulfilling; Operations and Supply Chain are my happy place.My family, faith, friendships, and love of coffee are my motivators in life. Outside of work I like to build things. It varies in scope I guess; once it was a dollhouse, another time it was a pallet board twin bed, and twice I got my tool belt and some nails and a house happened. Some of my best memories had a power tool involved, and typically ended with a bandaid.Sometimes we build dwellings, other times we build spreadsheets and systems. To keep building is key.
