I was involved in helping the mechanics with taking apart engines to installing an interior. In the Human Resources Department, I interviewed potential pilot candidates over the phone and was involved in a few in-person interviews. One summer I took over someones full-time position as the Dispatcher. I fueled airplanes, update GPS cards, and stayed ahead of the game by preparing the planes for flight. As the intern, I basically did anything they needed me to and was versatile in learning the processes and perfecting them. I was personally requested by the owner multiple times to complete projects.
