My first role at CushCore was to analyze current and future inventory demand and supply for bicycle tire foam inserts, air valves, tools, and other parts/products across three warehouses (Bend, Oregon / Portland, Oregon / Taiwan) and manage the purchase order process for both domestic and international suppliers.My primary responsibilities included:~ Managing product records, supplier purchase orders, inventory transactions, and other operations via ERP system (Odoo).~ Managing off-site inventory stored in warehouses in Portland, Oregon and Taiwan and coordinating receiving, storage, kitting/assembly, quality assurance, and shipping operations with two different 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Teams (one domestic and one international).~ Establishing accurate landed costs for all products and all warehouses using activity-based costing (ABC) methods.~ Analyzing supply chain and financial margin performance to determine opportunities for improvement.~ Plan and manage the transition of inventory and order fulfillment back to the on-site warehouse in Bend.~ Researching, negotiating, and executing new supplier agreements in Mexico to optimize our North America supply chain and receive kitted/assembled product in Bend via LTL/FTL transport.

I worked at Silicon Forest Electronics as an industrial engineering intern in the Multiple Engineering Cooperative Program (MECOP) through Oregon State University. Silicon Forest Electronics is a contract manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies.
