Led the development of a web-based blended learning program designed to prepare remote medical coders for the transition to the ICD-10 medical classification system. Coordinated the efforts of subject-matter experts, e-learning course developers, LMS administrators, and instructional facilitators to ensure the program’s success.The ICD-10 training program combined asynchronous e- learning modules, video lectures, instructor-led web conference sessions, a social media learning platform, and graded coding simulations based on real patient charts. This program was used to train CIOX Health’s in-house coders, and was also sold to other healthcare organizations to prepare their own coders for the transition. In total, approximately 1300 students participated in the program.

Produced e-learning material for the university’s online master’s degree programs in business, criminal justice and education. Developed learning materials, administered the Blackboard LMS and trained university faculty to teach online.

Created software demonstrations and simulations for web- based accounting software. Wrote and edited technical manuals for beverage bottling facilities, and maintained a document change-management system.
