Summer internship working as a Sourcing Associate in the Procurement and Analytical Solutions segment at A.T. Kearney. Collaborated with client to map current processes, delineate pain points, co-identify areas of opportunity via process improvement initiatives, and develop implementation plans.

Pursued several cost savings projects focusing on the direct purchase of scrap to fuel our foundry operations. Managed relationships between outside vendors and Victaulic's engineering teams. Reduced inventory levels by shortening lead times, adjusting lot sizes and minimum balances, analyzing the impact of different packaging sizes, and transferring inventory from areas of low demand to areas of high demand.
