Customer Account Leader
Current-Manage customer accounts-Interpret legal documents to determine requirements for creation and distribution of production-Receive and process engine induction information-Prepare and generate estimates and invoices as required-Apply basic project management principles, identifying available resources, defining scope, developing timelines and budgets, analyzing cost-benefits, and evaluating risks-Provide customer with product information including pricing, scheduling, delivery, backorder availability, and functionally equivalent part alternatives-Validate inventory costs, explaining pricing, price escalations, and invoice changes to the customer-Propose solutions for corrective action-Manage customer concerns-Coordinate OEM warranty and resolve warranty claims, issue core credits and debits for invoice errors-Review and coordinate all contract and transaction work for the business unit ensuring both parties adhere to the terms of contracts and agreements
