I have experience taking care of a wide range of patients in a variety of circumstances as the ER is an ever changing and fast paced environment. My managerial experience included creating scheduling for staff, preparing for TJC evaluation, implementing new policies and procedures such as standing orders for chest pain, working with multidisciplinary team members, rounding on staff and patients, and caring for critically ill patients. I also enjoy working as a clinical coordinator at AirMed International ensuring patients are medically clear for transport, discussing logistics with team members, communicating with multidisciplinary team members nationally, and arranging transports domestic and internationally. I am continuing my education, pursuing an MSN degree as an FNP/ENP Nurse Practitioner. I am able to remain calm and think through circumstances as they arise. I am self-driven and motivated.
