CurrentAs the technical lead & architect playing a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. Playing the lead role to plan, architecture design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions, applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.Responsibilities:• Leading the software development team(s) during the design/build/test/deploy phases of the SDLC (Agile and Waterfall models).• Working across complex multiple projects, functions as a project leader and subject matter expertise.• Responsible for Architecture Design, High Level Design, Low Level Design, incorporating the complex decision support models by studying systems flow, data usage, work processes and investigating problem areas. • Developing the Operational Research model based on business requirements and developing strategies to solve complex calculations with C, C++, Orchestrate/DataStage, Pro*C and CPLEX Optimization tool under multi-platforms.• Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions.• Migrated & developed the Revenue Management Applications on the AWS Cloud technologies like Glue, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, Airflow, Python/PySpark, DataSync, EC2, EMR and Lambda.
