Investigated uplifted marine terraces and signals of vertical motion detected through InSAR of the coasts of SE Iran and portions of SW Pakistan to study the disparity between the western and eastern sections of the Makran subduction zone. I used high resolution satellite imagery from the DLR in Global Mapper to map terraces and I processed interferograms using GMTSAR.

Helped design a workshop with Dr.-Ing. Amir Abolghasem on precise GPS data processing with MIT's GAMIT-GLOBK software in Muscat, Oman, which was held at the Earthquake Monitoring Center at the Sultan Qaboos Univeristy. I helped prepare the GPS data, workshop booklet, and presentation. I simultaneously learned bash shell scripting and how to process raw GPS data into time series through GAMIT and GLOBK.
