Responsible for supporting the lifecycle of corporate-wide and customer-specific technology-based products supporting Compassion's enterprise service bus SoA infrastructure. Primarily working with 3rd party (commercial off-the-shelf and Software as a Service) as well as custom-built systems, develop necessary custom entities, ensure all components meet business requirements and are ready for system test, deployment to production environments, and remain stable over the lifecycle of the product.(Because I've been in management and leadership for the past couple years, my technology skills have been kind of fading (oh no!). So this position now gives me the opportunity to jump back in and really hone back these skills again. I'm excited and really looking forward to learning and doing more with the ESB and SoA technology as well as renewing my database and programming skills.)

Responsible for management of Compassion's database administration operations, telephony systems, and messaging (MS Exchange).

Work in IT within the Ministry Information Library (MIL) providing support for Compassion's Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative.

Provide business and technical leadership as it relates to overall operation and technical endeavors. Specific tasks include company practice and marketing vision, establishment of process to execute successful requirements analysis, development and deployment of custom business Internet-based software applications, including general business operations, placement of network infrastructure and technology, personnel (employees and sub-contractors), and operations practices that ensured success and profit of the business.

Provided general leadership and development support of franchise company's IT systems and Intranet application.

Development of highly interactive Internet applications. Design and deployment of engineered database designs that support comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.

Provided database and Internet architecture as well as project management and oversight in day-to-day technical operations for this Internet start-up company that provided online portal Internet-based services to the wafer fabrication industry.

Last responsibility was to provide project leadership and technology resource management support for 2,200 staff software development organization within IBM. Additional past responsibilities included software application development, project management, as well as software product development and support.
