I am seeking to align myself with a dynamic, innovative company with which to expand and hone my skillset. I offer commitment and loyalty to any employer that extends the same to me. I am a dedicated hard worker and proven fast learner, believing that you get out of life what you're willing to put into it.I have been in the workforce for over a decade. Half of that time has been in management positions for three different companies. Loyalty is extremely important to me. I have never left a company on negative terms and rarely spent less than 2 years at any one company.One of my biggest career goals is to achieve diversity in my work experiences. In my over ten years in the workforce, I have worked in Mental Health, the Service Industry, Retail, Sales, and many places in between. I consider myself a jack of all trades and a people person.Unfortunately, there are a couple of gaps in my employment. My family is and remains a high priority in my life. There have been instances of extreme family emergencies regarding health that have necessitated me to assume a caretaker role. In these moments, I have always taken ownership and created a smooth departure involving no less than 2 weeks notice and many times staying on until a replacement for my position could be found. Despite having to part ways with these companies, there has never been a time I have left a company on bad terms. This can be validated by contacting any of my previous employers or references.In my willingness to be a valuable asset to any company, I always strive to bring something fresh and unique to the table. To reiterate my opening statement, I am currently looking for my next exciting opportunity to further diversify myself and my skillset!
