Client Relations Specialist And Event Manager
CurrentI’m responsible for student and entrepreneurial client services, and design of career development support opportunities. I also develop and organize client events.My work is mainly to create and improve services for student and entrepreneur members. I spend time with these groups to form a deeper understanding of their career paths and the ability of Suomen Ekonomit to meet their career support needs. I am also responsible for designing skill training events and meeting opportunities for our members. As an event manager with 10 years of experience, I identify interesting event topics for our clients, recruit speakers, make sure the event facilities and functions work seamlessly for our members, and participants receive significant added value from taking part. I lead a team of business student ambassadors marketing Suomen Ekonomit spirit and services to our members. My strengths are in creating a great team spirit and looking after the needs of my team members. I enjoy the social element of event and client management work. I learn from our members through participation and listening. I am experienced in developing and maintaining good networks and creating change though collaboration. I approach my work with great enthusiasm and set the bar high for success.My motto is to achieve results through clear goals, trust, and freedom.
