•Responsible for project planning & execution like, preparing technical submittals, samples, shop drawings, taking approval from consultant/client, procurement of material, coordination meetings, delivery, supervision of installation, submission of as built drawing & handing over of the project. •Designing of prefabricated modular building, site office, villa & staff & labor camps of any requirement by using Frame CAD system of modular buildings and wooden joinery projects.•Reviewing consultant drawings & monitoring the preparation & submission of shop drawings to consultant/client.•Directing and supervising the execution of prefabricated buildings & wooden joinery projects at one or more sites.•Strong technical skills to manufacture fire rated doors (Q Mark approved by Civil Defense), closet, Kitchen Cabinet and wooden joinery works in accordance with engineering standard. •Workable knowledge of CNC woodworking machines & equipment’s.•Excellent knowledge of technical properties of different kinds of wood, veneer pressing & plywood.•Liaise with procurement team on orders placed with the supplier. Chase production, follow on to site deliveries & closely supervise the installation works when required.•Ensured Quality Standard, meeting technical specifications of the customer and regulatory Bodies by keeping customer satisfaction & avoiding surprises.•Having strong and valuable technical and conceptual skills to design a workable solution to problem.•Responsible to establish, maintain and implement the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 in operational/technical areas.
