• Job Responsibility:
• Distributing the tasks among the team members and reviewing the work done by the finance team.
• Managing the day-to-day banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations, monitoring daily and weekly cash flow and managing the liquidity requirements.
• Ensure adherence to banking procedures and regulatory requirements, and negotiate terms and conditions of banking facilities, review and analyze bank facility proposals and agreements.
• Review existing banking facilities and loan agreements, and coordinate the renewal process for expiring facilities and agreements, conduct negotiations with banks and NBFIs to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
