• Greeting visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Responsible for patch up gradation in lab, testing issues & deploy in live servers. Responsible for deployments of applications like InBill.
• Preparation and execution of System Acceptance Tests. Interacting with clients and resolving the service requests raised.
• Co-ordination with the Testing and R & D team for timely -Resolution of Trouble Tickets
• Identifying the bugs in the application and the same escalating to R&D

• Project: LycaMobileThe objective of this project is to provide Implementation & Support services for MVNO solutions to Operator.Responsibilities:
• Liable for patch up gradation in the test lab and testing with the help of an onsite engineer, once testing is successful need to deploy patches in live servers.
• In charge of providing technical support to Lycatel MVNO (Europe).
• In control of deployments across Servers like SCP, SMSC, USSD, IVR, VMS, CRBT, OTA, etc.
• Liable for patch up gradation of MEDIA applications like (IVR, VMS) in APACHE Tomcat servers and ETU (Electronic Top up Unit) applications.
• Currently working on different entities like SCP, RRBS, SMSC, USSD, HLR, IVR, VMS and ETU.

• Handling Ericsson’s Intelligent Network operations (Charging System3.0, 4.0 & 5.0) for a customer base of more than 10 Million.
• Troubleshooting of Network & System related Problems escalated by Network Operations Centre (NOC). Resolution of Customer network related Complaints and subscriber data management.
• Responsible for constant monitoring of Statistics & Health-Check Reports. Signaling Link load report generation for IN Nodes.
