If 80% of this process can be taken over by new techniques, teachers can focus their time more on development of every child entrusted to them.With lovemytest.com, teachers can auto-generate questions papers based on a defined blueprint and different difficulty levels within 10 to 15 minutes. Both subjective and objective questions are available in the system. Teachers can customise the question papers, replace the auto generated questions or even add questions of their own. Offline examinations can be conducted as usual and online examinations on computers and tablets. Students can attempt the tests assigned to them by their teachers or take practice tests on their own. Developed K12 content for NIIT@School a complete content suit for grade 1-12 smart schools project. Managed the development and delivery of custom WBTs, and ILTs for clients like Microsoft, ITT, EDMC, Pearson, HP, Skillsoft, Intel, Sun to name a few.

Managed a major account of Riverdeep Inc, which was developing e-learning for Harcourt and Holt publishing USA. Setup development partner centers at Delhi, Chandigarh, Cochin and Jamshedpur with a 250 member team dedicated to the project and managed the entire development of the project. Managed content and media development including graphics, 2D/3D animations, audio and video. Visited Ireland for this project.

Managed development of computer based training (CBT) and Web based training (WBT) for NETg USA. NIIT developed more than 500 CBT/WBT Titles for NETg and was part of the five member project management team involved in this. Visited Chicago to setup the development process for WBTs for NETg.

Lead a team of content developers and designers and coordinated development and delivery of custom WBTs, and ILTs for NETg group USA and Oracle Corporation. Also developed NIIT’s own IT training products and courseware for its IT education centers.
