• To maintain and develop the corporate image • Overlooking on the day to day to sales operations from the three showrooms location in Dubai/Sharjah on new and renowned vehicles.• Constant liaising with our head office that’s Kuwait finance house. And overseas buyers in various regions for exports on regular basis.• Preparing of Monthly reports on current market situation.• Preparing of purchase plans and costing for new/renowned vehicles.• Implementing on new concepts on marketing campaigns for sales and the rent a car department.• Reviewing of competitor’s behavior on a monthly basis.• Coordinating with the sales team in achieving a one hundred percent sales target.• Implementing new sales strategy faster than our Competitors both in sales and in Rent A car.• Working closely with the General Manager, and Rent a car operation manger to achieve maximum profitability to the company. • Generate reports on a monthly and quarterly basis on sales history to the Management on a regular basis.• Preparing of new proposals and business plans.

• Generate new customers and service the existing corporate fleet accounts, increasing the market share in a very competitive market. • Working closely with the General Manager Sales, sales executives and administration team on a day to day basis on the smooth flow of the sales process to achieve maximum profitability and our Fleet Target. • Regular correspondences and visits with General Motors RMO executives on pricing support, claims and CE matrix request. • Regular joint sales visits with the sales executives to clients to get a feedback on our sales, product, performance, and after sales service of our GM brand of Vehicles.• Frequent follow up with the back office, workshop and Pre delivery Inspection department to have the vehicles ready on time for delivery.• Generate reports on a weekly and monthly basis on client’s performance and sale history to the Management on a regular basis.• Retaining unhappy corporate accounts by ensuring best customer satisfaction solutions.• Achieving of the said targets set by the Management and General Motors RMO on a monthly and yearly from date of joining.• Acquiring and updating competitor information.• Undergoing various product training courses conducted by General Motors training Academy.• Was awarded the General Motors Fleet Excellence certification 2005 as GM Fleet solutions certified Fleet specialist.
