 Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on various aspects relating to commercial contracts in providing services to clients and procuring goods and services for World Security. Drafted templates including for NDA’s, MOU’s, JV’s,Consortiuam agreements, Partnership agreements, Settlement agreements and any other template for the Organization. Researching and advising on the legal merits of contractual, labor, insurance, or any other claims or disputes initiated by or against the Company. Reviewing and advising on the merits of litigation cases initiated by or against the Company, preparing reply memorandums and advice, and liaising with user divisions for all required information. Instructing external legal counsel and claims consultants, where necessary, for support and advice on complex matters. Reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts with suppliers in line with Company policies and procedures in coordination with Group Legal Team. Managing all lease contracts for office, security staff accommodation, vehicles etc. Coordinating with Insurance companies in procuring insurance policies for covering all the risks associated with World Security operations. Managing tender department in bidding process, evaluation, bid submission and negotiation. Lead the procurement team in publishing tenders, evaluating, negotiating and award. Lead vendor management team to assess the bi yearly performance evaluation of each vendors Support World Security in implementing DP world corporate ethics, compliance and health and safety program. Implementing Anti bribery and gift program, whistle blower program etc.
