I've been a part of the IT industry for the last 10 years, with a number of roles across many different disciplines. More recently I have specialised in IT Service Management on the ServiceNow Platform, and worked in Change, Incident and Problem Management as well as IT Operations Management.I've recently moved on from leading the IT Service Management Team at Fonterra. With a team of 7 people responsible for the Change, Incident and Problem Management functions for Fonterras IT team. I now lead the Infrastructure Operations Management team at Fonterra, responsible for Vendor Relationship Management with 2 direct reports.We operate a large-scale, multi-vendor environment, and are focused on providing service to a number of businesses that specialise in dairy manufacturing, milk collection, global sales and logistics, as well as the core corporate functions across the group. My interests revolve around continual improvement of both our service management processes and the ServiceNow Platform to support them, as well as driving continual service improvement for the services provided to Fonterras businesses. I have been involved in process augmentation for the change management discipline as well as design of the ServiceNow Platform CMDB, implementation of Discovery and Event Management, and currently tackling improvement initiatives across all Service Management Processes to future proof them and prepare for Fonterras transition to Devops and Agile Project Delivery models.
