I have extensive experience in Management and social care working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, who are disadvantaged or vulnerable. I hold qualifications in Management and Leadership and Disability. The skills I have developed and knowledge I have attained during my years in the Disability and community sector give me the confidence to deal with people on a day-to-day basis. I have a strong passion for supporting the socially vulnerable and disadvantaged and believe to lead with empathy creates empathy. My core driver is positive impact- to have the opportunity to make positive impact is a privilege and a responsibility that should not be held lightly.
