Fulfilled course deliverable requirements and project management standards under guidance of Liesl Folks, UB Dean of Engineering.Designed and constructed a complete digital instrument modeling system on a single PCB that is fixed to the surface of a guitar.Very low profile guitar circuit board with an inductive pickup, analog pre-amplification and signal conditioning, digital processing and power management.Used mechanical engineering machine shop to manufacture custom guitar body and a large PCB. PCB was manufactured by hand using an ink-transfer method with metal solvent.Project completed on-time at less than the average retail cost of an electric guitar.Experiential learning video featuring the project was created by UB Communications.

Buffalo Automation Group, Inc. is a robotics company, based in Buffalo NY, developing unmanned surface vehicle technologies for maritime applications.Accepted into Buffalo Sandbox startup accelerator program. Awarded first place among participating startups in the program pitch competition, $7k seed award.Served as project manager in design and construction of a self-driving surface vehicle, a 16-ft. catamaran.Configured Lidar and Sonar communication, processing, motor actuation and power distribution.Prototype was successfully used to demonstrate self-driving boat technology to a customer.

Successfully pitched to the University Student Association for increased funding for events that increased involvement in music and dance on campus. Responsible for contact with our mailing list of over 500 members and building relationships with outside social dance organizations. Event planning experience.
