Independent Real-Estate Developer: Omar Bhat • Through financial modeling made a breakdown of which type of real-estate portfolio would be most profitable. Recommendations were based on consolidating real-estate holdings and shifting future investments into commercial real estate. Proprietor agreed with the changes and annual profit projections change from 11% to 18%, while decreasing financial risk in holdings. Encanto Café: An importer of Guatemalan coffee to the Middle East• Conducted market analysis and business development services for Encanto Café, a new importer of high-quality Guatemalan coffee. Positioned them to take advantage of future trends in the Middle-Eastern market based on off-trade vs. on-trade volume sales and favorable demographics. Created a feasible plan to grow 20% annually over a five year period. National Cricket League of Pakistan: Proposed • Developed Strategy for a proposed Sports Authority in Pakistan. Primarily focused on a National Cricket League based on the NFL Business Model. Created a presentation to show the benefits of how a franchising centrally generated revenue business model would help hedge risk and was ideal for a largely untapped market in an unstable environment such as Pakistan. The recommendations were developed in a 3 Phase plan to generate revenue as well as increase education incentives and help expand a secondary education within Pakistan.
