EndoMed is a Medical Device Business based in Ireland specialising in the distribution of Endothermal Devices for the treatment of Varicose Veins.

An experienced Sales Manager working in the Medical Device business for the last 7 years. Focusing in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery. Working closely with the management team and our distribution partners to bring the best Medical Device solutions to the Irish Healthcare system both Public and Private. Liaising with the sales/clinical team to identify new opportunities . Facilitating the education of the team at M3 Medical and also our customers in the ever changing world of medical devices.

Due to the downturn in the Irish economy I have been working on a project to downsize GE Money's exposure in the Irish market.The role involves restructuring financial facilities with clients in the southern region. This is sensitive especially in current climates as cashflows are coming under greater pressure.

During this time I managed 8 Auto account executives and 2 Mortgage executives. I was involved in targeting my team on monthly KPI's. I ran the Southern region from home so weekly conference calls were used to update the team on our performance.This gave everyone an opportunity to report on where they were versus there own individual targets. Quaterly reviews were arranged for each staff member where we would discuss the goals and objectives set out for the year.As Regional leader I would report into the National Sales Leader on a weekly basis as to where team South was against it's KPI's.

Was involved in setting up the Motor Finance section of BOS in the West of Ireland. Managed a team of three people. Gained retail support from all the major Motor Groups in the West and North West of Ireland.

Had responsibility for all the large Motor Dealers on the South side of Dublin. Achieved over 110% of target each year and turned some of my accounts into the biggest accounts held by BOS. Quickly became top performing Account manager in BOS.
