Senior Operations Manager for Enterprise Transportation, Print, Mail, ATM, and Cash Vault Services

Full department leadership of a single shift lockbox operation that performs the following functions: mail extraction, mail exception handling, data transmission, item processing, reconcilement, and packaging. Interacts with and offers solutions to internal and external clients; comprehensively resolve complex client issues. Contribute to national lockbox team through project leadership. Utilize performance metrics to drive improvements. Partner with Sales District and Line of Business (LOB), leverage strategic partners to grow revenue. Positively engage a small but diverse team. Direct manager for Senior Lockbox Analysts, with division wide responsibility for all testing, troubleshooting, and implementation services.

Responsible for day to day operations and financial management/planning of 1.5MM annual budget spread over five cost centers. Lead a staff of 40+ associates including multiple managers. Areas of responsibility include wire processing, web based delivery (online treasury services and remote deposit capture) maintenance and transmission support. Develop a diverse and engaged work force focused on delivering best in class results. Develop associates through growth and action plans. Proactively manage risk to ensure compliance with government and bank regulations. Manage and perform quarterly assessments for multiple vendor relationships.

Manage daily operations of a low volume cash vault. Responsible for adhering to budgetary guidelines, ensuring quality control, and creating a workplace environment focused on putting the client first. Support strategic plan initiatives at the vault, client services and corporate levels. Maintain satisfactory audit controls and controllable losses. Define paths for employee growth and development through monthly 1-1 meetings and semi-annual performance reviews. Instill a culture of accountability and unfailing follow-up.

Provide client service and operational leadership within a Cash Vault setting. Responsible for compliance with regulatory, security and internal audit controls. Manages daily operations of the Cash Vault to insure quality service. Responsible for the management, staffing, coaching and motivating of associates. Primary troubleshooter for technical problems and complex client service needs incurred at the processing level. Manage the funding and balancing of five coin trusts. Research and balance general ledger. Direct manager of 15-20 associates.
