Nine month production consulting contract Planning and scheduling (machine shop, assembly, welding and powder coating, Bills of Materials, travelers, inspection, routing, ordering and purchasing, creating work orders, reorder levels, production tracking, continuous improvement implementations, standard operating procedures(SOP), implementation of E2 ERP system. Accomplishments successfully implemented production tracking, 56% savings in all hardware, machine shop consumables,coolant, as well as 43% more machine up-time, all while shaving $12,000 a month in payroll. Reviewed production orders, schedules, delivery dates and inventory levels to determine product availability.
