Oversee and lead all levels of operations and service offerings directly related to Completions Fluids Management to our customers by providing effective methods of business operations. Prepare program budgets, devise planning strategies, responsible for coordinating production activities and providing the best service to clients to maximize company revenue and profit. Accurate reporting and analysis of EBITDA, COS and KPI weekly, monthly, quarterly and annualy. Lead HSE and implement effective safety programs. Oversee Business Development by directly contacting potential customers and heading sales efforts while working directly with sales team.
