• Advised the Suspension team in future projects, pathways, and programs with an emphasis on knowledge transfer and longevity.

• Led the Suspension team to design and manufacture an open-wheel race car for design and real-world competitions at Formula SAE.• Developed suspension calculators using fundamental dynamics coupled with kinematics to predict vehicle behavior and drive our design choices.• Collaborated directly with other vehicle system leads to ensure suspension packaging compliance across the entirety of the car.

• Designed and manufactured the anti-roll bar for the 2022-season car using homemade vehicle dynamics calculators, taking into account the entire suspension geometry from the torsion bar to the bell cranks.• Performed stress finite element analysis and topology studies to optimize the ARB for its mass and strength as well as validate my design given certain load cases.

• Led installation, commissioning, and ramp up for bolting equipment on all production lines for Cybertruck; primary focusing on front and rear underbodies, doors, fenders, sail, bodysides, and mainline.• Oversaw the builds of the first Texas Cybertrucks throughout the entire Joint Validation (JV) and Release Candidate (RC), and Manufacturing Confirmation (MC) processes, leading all the way through Start of Production (SOP).• Developed the first robust, autonomous joint condition monitoring system in all of Tesla, increasing quality and decreasing cycle time.• Directed integrators to achieve consistent progress and coordinated technical specialists to assist with commissioning.• Worked directly with Fastener, Process, Design, and Sustaining teams to overcome obstacles arising with new technologies.• Improved quality of residual torque values from 73% to 99% passing rate.

• Worked with officers to develop new leadership training for 40,000+ members due to pandemic restrictions; helped build a virtual presence for Texas TSA via social media, website, meetings, and virtual training.• Hosted and spoke in front of 10,000+ people at the Texas TSA State Conference and the National TSA Conference.• Led meetings consisting of my state officer team and other state officers/delegations to collaborate on various projects together.• Traveled across Texas to host day‑long Leadership Conferences where the state officers and I conducted activities and games for hundreds of Texas TSA members to ultimately teach them various leadership qualities.

• Implemented astronaut feedback to redesign Thumb Screw for Ball Clamp Foot Restraint and Ball Clamp Monopod projects. My hardware has officially been manufactured, launched to the International Space Station on SpaceX's CRS-27 mission, and is currently being used by astronauts.• Spoke on NASA's official "Houston, We Have a Podcast" podcast and its nationally-broadcasted media teleconference to discuss my work, its launch to the ISS, and its uses by astronauts.• Led a team to create magnetic boots to allow astronauts to walk on the ferromagnetic spacecraft instead of float. • Designed and prototyped models using electromagnets, 3D printed parts, and a custom PCB circuit board to enable pulse width modulation for adjustment of the electromagnetic force.• Presented research to NASA engineers, astronauts, and technicians. Our prototype is currently under review for storage in the official NASA database.
