Update and implement the ETN Configuration Change Management Processes and Procedures, Configuration Verification and Audits Processes and Procedures, Configuration Status Accounting Process and Procedures and the Configuration Identification Processes and Procedures.Provide Configuration Identification for all ETN documentation to include: managing, tracking, and assigning all Document Control Numbers (DCNs). Review, process for Government approval, and track ETN Change Requests (CRs) and Deviations/Waivers (DWs) with BMC Remedy. Review, update and process as-built design documentation (in Microsoft Visio) changes to include managing traceability of all changes, verifying the changes, and reporting on the status of all changes.

Perform first-level assistance to subscribers making new network connections or becoming operational. Currently utilize knowledge of telecommunications systems design, development and operations, and technical expertise in hardware and software interface related to job assignments. Schedule, track, and monitor subscriber integration events and status. Support includes offsite circuits, procedures, documentation, data collection and analysis, and bit-error rate testing (BERT). Coordinate technical assistance during installation, upgrade cancellation, and disconnection phases. Coordinate with all parties involved in the implementation of operational services. Provide advice to users regarding optimal usage of the Management Information System. Utilize existing database applications to manage the field service operation and generate required reports. Serve as a central point of contact for clients to determine the status of implementation activities. Provide functional guidance, supervision, technical, educational support and quality assurance/quality control as necessary.
