In my current role I am involved in planning in required work for a high performance team, capacity planning backlog management and enabling continual development of team members. This position requires close collaboration with the Business customer, affected stakeholders, project manager, other teams working on the same enterprise application and external vendors on an iteration by iteration basis (usually 2 weeks) to provide continuous delivery of enhancements and or extra functionality to suit business needs and requirements. Ensuring that the development team is able to complete agreed work by removing blockers, supporting all team members and forward planning to achieve project timelines and expenditure limits.
