• Direct Preschool, Camp, Sports, Teens, and Family Programming to retain and gain memberships, provide high quality early education and summer programming, and exceed revenue projections. Operate 115 student preschool, 50 weekly preschool summer campers, 150+ participant basketball league resulting in growing revenue up to 11% YOY. • Manage a combined budget of $2 million and a staff of 3 FT and 100+ PT staff in a 140,000 sq. ft. facility that served 23K members until 3/2020. • In response to schools’ hybrid learning model, established a Licensed School Age Child Care site “School of ROC”; a program serving over 115 students who attend virtual classes in a safe and supportive environment while also receiving physical, and social/emotional programing throughout the day. Reduced 6-8 week start-up licensing process to 3 weeks to meet start of school year deadline. YTD students have attended over 15,000 individual classes and asynchronous sessions.• Plan and executed 10 weeks of preschool summer camp on 2 weeks’ notice, including DOH inspection and licensing, following all COVID best practices and mandates. Successfully served 84 campers with no COVID cases and netting $20K for the season. • Rebuilding usership of Camp Eastside after a summer of no school age offerings. Managing marketing and recruiting, including social media, achieving 30% to goal of 1500 sessions this summer in one month.

• Directed Preschool and Family Programming for 100 students and 50 preschool campers (weekly) to retain and gain memberships. Provided high quality early education and summer programming and exceeded revenue projections resulting in 38% Preschool Camp enrollment growth, increased Preschool revenue 7% and cut Child Watch expense 6%.• In response to escalating suicide rate at Penfield CSD, established the Eastside YMCA Education Center, a collaboration with Penfield CSD, Penfield Strong, RIT, and the Monroe County DOH to prevent teen suicide. Managed renovation project with 80K budget, including 40K major donor gift. Added 90+ PHS memberships who used space and program. Hosted 80+ students for Penfield Strong suicide prevention/buddy program. • Fundraised for the YMCA of Greater Rochester's Annual Campaign (223K), and $7K in partnership with United Way. Managed grant funds and major donor relationships and gifts. Funds raised supported memberships/programs, health initiatives, and 20% of preschool and Camp Eastside participants who otherwise could not participate in programming. • Head of Program Leadership Team for the YMCA of Greater Rochester’s Preschool programs. Managed team of Preschool Directors and Branch Executives using SWOT analysis to set annual goals/objectives, provide fiscal oversight and marketing strategy in collaboration with CMO and COO, and establish consistent policies. Responsible for conducting research and setting Association preschool pricing to remain competitive in the market. • Lead construction consult for Preschool and Family wing of the $35 million Schottland Family YMCA. Developed the FF&E budget, executed and negotiated purchasing with vendors, organized program and staff structure, including site visits, meetings with architects, construction team, and vendors to secure a high end, cutting edge experience in a one of the country's largest Ys. Served 110+ preschoolers and 400+ daily visits to in branch short term childcare.
