• Instructed military science courses to students from freshmen to senior level. Trained and mentored over 1000 students in leadership skills, military tactics, law, staff operations and physical training in a classroom, lab and field environment. • Recruited more than 150 new students in the ROTC program by utilizing various social media platforms, managed the FB page and IG, personally created and managed the ROTC website. Coordinated for in person workshops and presented orientations at various high schools, universities and career fairs across Puerto Rico.Organized seven volunteer events and eight fundraising events, which contributed to the relationship with the local community and reputation of the program which raised the budget over $40k for the cadet ball. • Coordinated for guest speaker, equipment, food, compiled programs, conducted rehearsals and meetings, and served as Master of Ceremony, and lead planner for the successful 100-year ROTC in Puerto Rico anniversary. • Planned, and designed the 2020 ROTC field validation exercise, training program, and schedule. Coordinated support with National Guard, and contractors; 52 students completed commissioning training requirements. • Coordinated with the Army Reserve and National Guard unit for nine practical field training exercises, in an austere environment, for up to 400 students simultaneously.

• Managed and supervised 26 personnel in road, rail and air load transportation logistics operations. Accountable for $4 million of equipment and sensitive items with zero loss or damage. • Provided transportation support during five training exercises, controlling, tracking, documenting, and reporting the movement across four states for over 200 vehicles and 750 personnel.• Due to superior performance, hand selected to lead rail load operations, vehicle and container movement loading vessels during joint logistics over the shore exercise 2019.

• • Chaired meetings with organizational leaders to develop and execute a successful major seaport logistics training exercise, which improved the proficiency in Joint Logistics Operations for 220 personnel.• Prepared weekly, and quarterly meetings with key leaders to provide reports of current operational assessments to the Senior Director, improve processes, and to plan for medium- and long-term logistical projects and events. • Forecasted logistical requirements such as ammunition, fuel, transportation, supplies, and facilities needed for 6 major events which enabled the certification and training of 650 employees. • Maintained digital training records for 650 personnel while providing real time trend analysis to senior leaders using traceable, achievable, and verifiable metrics. Received a commendable rating in the annual inspection.

Received a commendable rating, and impact achievement award during the semi-annual commander’s inspection for identifying and mitigating critical shortfalls in the existing contracts.• Improved capabilities in the organization by composing 4 contracts. Managed subcontractor activities, reviewed proposals, developed performance work statements and served as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations.

• Consolidated and conducted quality assurance of all unit fuel reports within 3rd Infantry Division, compiled running estimates for projected requirements, provided guidance and coordinated for external fuel support during large field training exercises, supported over 1000 personnel. • During Fort Jackson’s flooding, coordinated disaster relief efforts by providing 30,000 gallons of fuel, and more than 2400 gallons of water daily, for a three-week period.• Increased operational readiness and responsiveness across the division by 25%, by developing a new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for 3ID petroleum operations and leading weekly synchronization meetings with all stakeholders.• Organized two educational staff rides to bulk civilian water, and bulk petroleum station, which increased understanding of civilian capability and operation for 45 soldiers who implemented best practices in their area.

• Published and communicated 180 Operations orders and monitored compliance until completion.• Tracked all movement and travel of personnel and throughout the CENTCOM Area. Reported Significant Activities and Commanders Critical Information Requirements for 5 companies consisting of over 650 personnel dispersed across eight countries to the Executive Officer.• Served as the Battalion Unit Movement Officer (UMO), assisting, tracking and guiding 28 deploying and redeploying units’ equipment and personnel. The 3rd Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade won the deployment excellence award in the Army for these efforts.• Wrote the Anti-Terrorism Standard Operating procedures and conducted three Quarterly Anti-Terrorism exercises, this increased the knowledge of response to security breaches and decreased the security vulnerability of Camp Arifjan Kuwait.• As the Battalion Master Resiliency Trainer trained three companies, with 140 Soldiers total. Implemented Resiliency Trainer Assistants (RTA’s) training and certified 6 RTA’s to increase resiliency and prevent loss of combat power during the deployment.• Planned and managed the battalion organizational day, consisting of 3 sports tournaments, children’s games, food, music, and entertainment for 650 employees, and their family members, improving overall morale.• Organized a weeklong pre-deployment workshop expo, and various training events with 10 civilian agencies, which resulted in the completion of medical, financial, civil qualification for 250 personnel, and their families.

• Provided 120,000 gallons of aviation grade fuel and more than 5 ton ammunition support to the Air Assault Battalion throughout day and night operations, 365 days a year.• Managed the health, welfare and training of 39 Soldiers, maintained and accounted for $8 million worth of equipment with zero property loss or damage.• Maintained serviceability and accountability as the Ammunition Holding Area(AHA) manager responsible for all ammunition stored at the airbase, valued at $500,000 with zero loss.• Planned, organized and executed three Convoy Live Fire Exercises (CLFEX), over 80 LOGPACS with no vehicle incidents or accidents, trained 120 personnel. • Supported six aerial gunneries and three battalion Field Training exercises (FTX) with fuel, water and ammunition, which prepared all helicopter crews for rapid combat deployments in Korea. • Excellent reporting and in supporting operations led the company to win the 2013 8th Army Award for maintenance excellence and Logistical support company of the year from the Aviation Association of America.• Enforced compliance by conducting monthly inspections of the dining facility. Accounted for and turned in $62,000 cash funds to the finance office as the Food Service Officer (FSO). Planned for field feeding operations, food service operations.• Managed the budget of $21 million in equipment and facilities, conducted scheduled inventory, and auditing. Reorganized, and improved documentation, increased efficiency, and operational readiness by 20%.
